Pumpkin Spice: Keto Style
Happy October! And for all you festive Stoka Snackers out there…Happy Pumpkin Spice month!
While that might not be an official holiday or celebratory month, we’re right there with you—we think it’s a flavor worth celebrating.
With holiday festivities right around the corner, we understand that there aren’t really many delicious pumpkin spice recipes out there that are low-carb or keto.
We do believe that the holidays are a time to spend enjoying good food with good friends and family and making special memories.
But we also know that sometimes you just want a bit of a healthier treat that is still just as festive, delicious, and fun!
So, in order to prepare for this upcoming holiday season, we thought we ought to compile a list of some of the best healthy pumpkin spice recipes we could find.
You could even use ground up Stoka Cereal in this recipe instead of the flour.
This is a recipe from someone in our Stoka community that we posted a few months back. These mini cheesecakes could easily be made festive by adding in approximately a ½ tsp of pumpkin spice to the recipe. And maybe crumbling a Stoka bar (see at the end of this post) on top for extra crunch factor!
Dessert this holiday season just got better!
