Refund/Replacement/Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any Stoka Bar products, we want to quickly correct the problem! We will gladly replace or refund the amount you paid on any item within 10 days of delivery.

To return an item, please email and we will send you a return shipping label. Returned items must be sent in their original packaging and should not be opened or damaged. 

To receive a refund, please email us at and provide your name, order number, pictures of the product and the reason for requesting a refund. Pictures of damaged product are required to receive a full refund. Approval of your refund typically happens within 1-3 business days. The refund may take up to 10 days to complete depending on the payment method used for the order.
